Add on top of that the patent rights, and the question is- will people buy it?The "Flavr-Savr" tomato developed by Calgene was supposed to be a billion dollar idea- the "ripe on the vine" tomato, ready for harvest, blah blah blah. Yes you should, because even if they did go out of business they still most likely filed their taxes. Or they didn't and they are running from the law.Either way, a good tax preparer will help you gather the information you need to go ahead and file your taxes, because if you don't and they did file their corporate paperwork like they were supposed to then the fault could be laid on you.I know for a fact Turbo Tax won't let you get past the first 2 steps without either a W-2 or a 1099. 4 years ago

Did a whois check on them and this is there registrant info:Registrant: Gift Baskets Incorporated 82-31 213th Street Hollis Hills, New York 11427 United StatesI did a generic search on Google and next to no information came up on either company – the site shows up at the top but no other information does. I also did a business license search for both company names at the states licensing site – neither showed up.
