The answer is to THINK. Think about what college kids need. (a) food (b) school supplies (c) clothing (d) place to relax/blow off steam (e) place to clean their clothing (f) help with their homework, etc. You can think of many others. Perhaps take a trip to another college town and see what businesses are operating there in walking distance of the school. It also matters a lot how large the school is. There needs to be enough kids to make a business successful if you're catering to them and not the general population.
